About Mark Brinker

I’ve been the “tech guy” in my circle for as long as I can remember — the one friends and family call when something doesn’t make sense and they want it explained in plain English.

That curiosity started back in high school, when I saved up my grocery-store paychecks to buy my first computer and started exploring what made technology tick.

That fascination led me to earn a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, and ever since, technology has been the common thread through every chapter of my career.

Today that same instinct drives my work with AI — taking what feels complicated and turning it into something clear, practical, and genuinely useful.

From Websites to AI

For more than fifteen years, I built custom business websites for service professionals — doctors, dentists, consultants, contractors, and just about every kind of small business in between. It was challenging, creative work — and launching something that looked great and performed even better was always the most satisfying part.

But over time, the web-development landscape changed. During COVID, the demand for professional projects declined. DIY website builders and bargain-priced freelancers flooded the market, and interest in high-quality web design dropped sharply.

At the same time, AI was exploding in popularity — and it was clear the market was shifting fast. This was the next big wave for businesses. As hockey legend Wayne Gretzky once said,

“Skate to where the puck is going, not to where it has been.”

So that’s exactly what I did — I went all in on AI, focusing on how it helps businesses modernize, communicate faster, get more done in less time, and operate more profitably.

A New Way To Get Things Done

In addition to shifting my focus to AI solutions for businesses, I’ve also changed how I deliver my services.

After fifteen years of traditional client projects, one thing became clear — most projects took far longer than they needed to. When approached the traditional way, weeks often turned into months and momentum faded. It didn’t have to be that way.

So I rebuilt my process from the ground up. We now use a simple system that handles all the prep work in advance. Then, on your scheduled Build Day, I dedicate the entire day to your project — fully focused, start to finish. By the end of the day, it’s done and delivered.

Clients appreciate the focus and clarity the process brings. They know exactly when their project will be complete — no guesswork, no wasted motion. The results are the same — often better — because the process keeps everyone focused and moving forward.

One focused day.
One finished project.

One focused day. One finished project.

Are We a Good Fit?

When we work together, my goal is to make the process feel clear, efficient, and easy. Most of my clients are busy professionals who don’t have the time or desire to micromanage a project. They just want to know it’s handled — and that it’ll be done right and on time.

You can expect a process that’s organized, predictable, and refreshingly straightforward. I handle the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on your business while we move your project across the finish line together — quickly and confidently.

Clients like working with me because they:

  • Appreciate straightforward communication and quick responses
  • Value quality and professionalism
  • Keep projects moving and respect agreed-upon timelines
  • Prefer calm collaboration over chaos

If that sounds like you, we’ll be an excellent fit. The best results always come from genuine collaboration — when we’re both engaged, aligned, and excited to get something meaningful done.

About Mark

I’m married and live / work in Sterling Heights, Michigan (Metro Detroit suburb). We have two grown children we’re both very proud of.

My background is in electrical engineering, but everything I know about business tech and digital strategy was learned through years of real-world trial and error — going all the way back to 1999 when I built my first website.

Outside of work, I’m a big Detroit sports fan and an animal lover (especially dogs). When I’m not working or producing new YouTube videos, you’ll often find me in the kitchen cooking something great — or outside on a summer afternoon enjoying a good cigar.
